Tural Ahmadov

2000-2004: Bachelor's degree in Regional Studies at Azerbaijan University of Languages.

2005-2007: Master's degree in Social Sciences at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem under the Golda Meir scholarship.

2004-2005 and 2007-2008: Master's degree in Regional Studies at Azerbaijan University of Languages.

2011-2012: Master's degree in International Relations at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University under the Fulbright scholarship.

Participated in short-term training programmes at Brandeis University and Tel Aviv University (2008), the University of Oslo and the Nansen Academy (2009), North Carolina State University (2011) and the College of Europe (2015). Between 2007 and 2021 worked in teaching and administrative positions at several higher education institutions including Azerbaijan State University of Economics, Baku State University, Azerbaijan University of Languages, Azerbaijan University and Khazar University. From 2013 to 2015 served as Executive Director of the NATO International School of Azerbaijan.

Between 2015 and 2023 worked at the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Science and Education as Sector Head, Deputy Head of Department, and Head of Department.

Since 1 December 2023 he has been serving as Chairman of the Management Board of the Education Quality Assurance Agency.

Married, has two children.

Kamran Rasulov

2005-2010: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Hacettepe University in Ankara, Türkiye. 2010-2012: Master's degree in Finance at the same university.

In 2015 he defended his dissertation on "Improving the efficiency of innovation activity in industry" and obtained a PhD in Economics; in 2022 he received the academic title of Associate Professor.

Since 2012 he has worked at the Department of Economics and Statistics of Azerbaijan Technical University as Lecturer, Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor.

At Azerbaijan Technical University he served as Assistant to the Rector, Rector's Adviser on Economic Affairs, and Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Economics and Management.

Between 2016 and 2021 he worked at the Department of Science, Higher and Secondary Specialised Education of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan as Leading Adviser, Senior Adviser and Chief Adviser.

In 2021-2022 he served as Vice-Rector for Social Affairs and Public Relations at Azerbaijan Technical University.

Since 2022 he has been serving as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Education Quality Assurance Agency.

Married, has two children.
